As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. This is an armed and driving position. What You'll Do:

• Operate as the primary point of contact for dispatching security-related personnel and resources throughout the location.
• Monitor and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and radio traffic, in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations, providing clear instructions and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Document and log all security-related activities, incidents, and communications according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to relay important information and updates as situations develop.
• Support site-specific policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols as directed by Allied Universal and client requirements.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors, contractors, and employees as needed.
• Conduct periodic status checks with field personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain situational awareness across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
