Position Overview Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a highly skilled team. This is a full-time, employed position offering a mix of surgical and clinical responsibilities within a collegial, physician-led environment.The group is Arizona's premier destination for orthopedic surgical procedures and minimally invasive sports injury treatments. You will work alongside a collaborative team of 23 physicians and 12 advanced practice providers, serving a high-volume patient base in a dynamic, supportive practice. Qualifications: MD or DO degreeBoard-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with Hand Surgery fellowship trainingEligible for Arizona medical licenseExcellent clinical, surgical, and communication skillsCommitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork Highlights Full-time, employed position with a well-established medical group 60% clinical / 40% OR workload balanceDaily patient volume: 30 per clinic daySurgical volume: 12 cases per weekShared weekend and evening call rotationRobust referral network and established patient volume from day one Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive orthopedic hand surgery careEvaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with hand and upper extremity injuries and conditionsPerform surgical and nonsurgical procedures as indicatedCollaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomesParticipate in shared call coverageMaintain accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
