The MARC Group is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals to join our growing team as Independent Distributors. This is a commission-only, independent contractor opportunity, ideal for individuals who thrive on building their own success and value the flexibility of working from a home office. In the future, this role will transition to an office-based position in Fate, Texas.

We are looking for driven individuals who are confident on the phone, enjoy cold calling, and are passionate about building lasting client relationships. As an Independent Distributor, you will play a vital role in expanding our advertising and marketing sales reach while enjoying the freedom of managing your own business.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect, cold call, and pitch advertising and marketing solutions to potential clients

• Identify and secure new business while growing repeat business from existing customers

• Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to support their goals

• Manage the full sales cycle independentlyfrom outreach to closing

• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing guidance, support, and recommendations

• Represent The MARC Groups ad platform products, media solutions, and creative services with professionalism

What Were Looking For:

• 12 years of proven sales experience (inside sales or cold calling preferred)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Highly self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented

• Resilient, competitive, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Confidence, perseverance, and integrity

• Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Must be fluent in English
