Embroidery Machine Operator - Part Time/Full Time (Corporate)

Our Corporate Headquarters, located in Philadelphia, PA is currently seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator who brings a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Position Overview This role is responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines, hooping garments, trimming, and folding finished products. The Embroidery Machine Operator plays a key role in ensuring timely fulfillment of custom school uniform orders, especially during our high-volume back-to-school season.

Job Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with a team-focused mindset
• Flexible, positive attitude is essential
• Prior embroidery machine operation experience preferred
• Experience with Barudan machines is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to thread a needle
• Ability to distinguish between thread colors and styles
• Availability to work daytime and/or evening shifts, with occasional overtime during peak season (July/August)
