• Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing Assignment\n
• Location: Ontario, Ohio (Zip: 44906) – Ohio healthcare jobs\n
• Employment Type: Travel, Part-Time\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 2/9/2026 – End: 5/11/2026)\n
• Shift: Night shifts, 2x12-hour (19:00 – 07:00)\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Unit: ICU (601-07)\n
• Orientation: 16 hours\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio (no pending licenses)\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent, consecutive ICU experience in a hospital or acute care setting\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required\n
• Experience with medication scanning\n
• Epic charting experience preferred\n
• Ability to float to other campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion) as needed\n
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)\n
• Must be able to arrive at the facility within 1 hour if on call\n
• Strong work history with two recent supervisory references\n
• Completion of pre-start modules (up to 8 hours, non-billable)\n

\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit\n
• Manage dysrhythmias, arterial and central lines, and titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips\n
• Assist with BiPAP/CPAP management and ventilator care\n
• Perform suctioning (ETT, NT) and follow isolation precautions/PPE protocols\n
• Float to other ICU units at Bucyrus and Galion campuses if census drops\n
• Work every other weekend as required; submit time-off requests (max 7 days)\n
• Make up missed shifts and arrange coverage if scheduled during requested time off\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using hospital charting systems\n
