In a cutting-edge work environment equipped with top-tier tools, such as hydraulic lift tables and ventilated 3M Speedglass welding helmets, the welder plays a key role in the production of Stûv stoves and fireplaces. Stûv America is a subsidiary of Stûv , a Belgian company that designs and manufactures wood stoves and fireplaces. For nearly 15 years, Stûv America has been working to establish the Stûv brand across North America. Main Tasks and Responsibilities Weld products (MIG welding on thin sheet metal, less than 11ga) according to production department work orders Contribute to all activities related to production (welding, grinding, assembly, painting, packaging) Ensure compliance with production guidelines to meet deadlines and uphold the company’s quality standards Collaborate in optimizing production procedures, strategies, and policies Requirements Vocational diploma (DEP) in welding or equivalent No minimum experience required Works with precision and attention to detail (very high level of accuracy required) Resourceful, autonomous, and quick to learn Perfectionist and rigorous in task execution Apply for this position Please submit your application with the following information: Full name, Phone, Email, Desired salary, Experience, Note or comment.
