    • Regulatory: CMS: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
• Charting System: Epic (preferred)
• Certifications: BLS

  • This unit of Case Managers focuses on care coordination and discharge planning within an acute care facility.
  • Behavioral health experience does not count as acute care hospital experience
