\n\nJob Description\n

Join a premier emergency department known for excellence in patient care. We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The hospital features a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center, as well as a high-volume emergency department with 101 beds.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
\n
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Monitor and assess patients, documenting their condition and progress.
\n
• Participate in the orientation and feedback process for new staff.
\n
• Be flexible to float within various sections of the emergency department as needed.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level II trauma center or high-volume emergency department.
\n
• 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting is required.
\n
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required prior to starting.
\n
• ENPC certification within 90 days of hire.
\n
