Strong Social-Emotional Skills and a Positive Discipline Mindset
Able to guide children with empathy, set clear boundaries with kindness, and foster a nurturing environment that encourages self-regulation and respect.
Developmentally Appropriate Instructional Skills
Understands early childhood milestones and uses engaging, hands-on methods to build foundational skills in literacy, math, and problem-solving, preparing students for kindergarten success.
Collaborative and Reflective Approach
Works well with families, colleagues, and school leadership, and is open to feedback and continuous learning to support each child’s growth and classroom community.
