Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house. Maintain an organized and clean work environment. Who You Are Effective communicator capable of interacting well with customers and team members. Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor. Passionate about retail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Problem solver, open to feedback and continuous improvement. Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Proficient in retail technology and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
