Job Title : SAP PRA Consultant – Oil & Gas Industry
Location: Remote
Job Type: 8 -month Contract
Pay rate : $80 - $95 per hour

Our client in the oil and gas sector is seeking an experienced SAP PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting) Consultant to support a specialized SAP IS-Oil implementation. This role focuses on managing complex processes from wellhead production to revenue distribution, ensuring compliance with ownership interests, royalty payments, severance taxes, and regulatory reporting. You will integrate production data with financial accounting (FICO) through journal entries, guaranteeing accuracy for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize SAP PRA module for production and revenue accounting processes.
• Support system implementation and integration with SAP IS-Oil and FICO.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and tax obligations.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP PRA and related modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, IT, or similar).
• Proven experience in SAP PRA implementations (multiple projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of oil and gas industry finance processes .
• Expertise as a super user of the PRA module within oil and gas operations.
