🩺 Medical Compliance Partner – Service to the Armed Forces

Come join the American Red Cross in supporting our Service to the Armed Forces program. In this role you’ll play a vital role in helping candidates navigate the Department of Defense medical clearance process. This position blends clinical expertise with compassionate communication, ensuring candidates are fully supported throughout their journey.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate SAF Candidates Through DoD Medical Clearance
  • Evaluate Medical Background and Determine Deployment Eligibility
  • Conduct Medical Screenings
  • Communicate Eligibility Status
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance
  • Attend Relevant Meetings
  • Help maintain Accurate Databases
  • Assist With Medical Record Collection and Request Additional Medical Documentation

🌟 What We're Looking For

Education & Licensure: An Associate of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree, plus an active license as one of the following:

  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
  • Medical Doctor (MD)

Skills That Set You Apart

  • Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to connect with diverse communities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools
  • Familiarity with health systems and medical compliance processes
