Pay: $2,470/week

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week (3 days/week)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN to provide post-anesthesia care in the Adult PACU. The RN will care for patients with varying levels of complexity under general supervision, assisting physicians, monitoring vital signs, administering medications and IV infusions, and delivering safe, high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

• Care for an assigned group of post-op patients
• Document patient responses, interventions, and changes in physician orders
• Assist physicians with examinations and minor procedures
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products
• Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
• Delegate tasks to support staff and coordinate patient care
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Oklahoma RN License (or multistate compact RN License)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA)
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic computer skills

Education:

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
