**** **General Production Worker** **Join our team as a General Production Worker and contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality filtration media and systems.** **This role ensures smooth production operations while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).** **2nd & 3rd Shift Options Available** **Compensation:** + Base Pay: $19.43 - $20.35 per hour + Shift Differentials: + 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM): +5% + 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM): +10% + (Training on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks required) **Key Responsibilities:** + Produce filtration media/products following GMP standards + Weigh and mix raw materials for each batch + Assist with equipment setup for production runs + Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed + Conduct quality control tests and maintain accurate documentation + Perform material handling and basic janitorial tasks as required **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Manufacturing or production experience preferred + Basic math skills + Strong attention to detail + Ability to learn quickly and adapt + Effective communication and documentation skills **Preferred Skills:** + Assembly and inspection experience + Familiarity with hand tools and production machinery + Packaging and packing experience **Work Environment:** + Manufacturing facility producing depth filtration systems + Team-oriented environment with 55+ employees company-wide + Dress Code: Jeans, short/long sleeve shirt, comfortable shoes (no sneakers) **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay with shift differentials + Opportunity for growth and skill development + Supportive team culture focused on quality and innovation **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingston, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $20.35/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
