Production Associate - Cold Environment

Romulus, MI

Paid weekly

3rd Shift: $18.30/hr

Hours: 9pm-Completion

Company Overview:
Food manufacturing, logistics and supply chain.

Responsibilities:

1. Package frozen beans into 40lb cases or 1500lb totes based on production needs
2. Assist in the labeling of above-mentioned cases or totes of frozen beans
3. Moving and stacking 40lb boxes onto pallets (49 cases/pallet)
4. Assistance with other duties pertaining to packaging and processing frozen beans, as needed

Requirements:

1. Must follow all required regulations set forth by the Company, USDA, FDA, and BRC
2. Must be able to lift 50lbs chest height or higher
3. Must be comfortable working the duration of the shift in zero to subzero temperatures
4. Associates are expected to arrive on time to their shifts any day they are scheduled by supervisory staff or temp agency
5. Associates are required to comply with GMP’s and the HACCP provided by the Company
   1. Associates are required and expected to conduct themselves with strict attention-to-detail
6. Associates are expected to have flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed by production demands
