Job Description Summary We are seeking a Nashville based Private Wealth Risk Analyst to join our Private Wealth Risk Management Team. The Private Wealth Risk Analyst role provides exposure to all departments within the Private Wealth division and will be viewed as a go‑to resource for many different aspects of the business. Role Description Dynamic Project Analysis and Management. Effectively manage error queue and coordinate error coverage with Coordinators. Generate and review comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports. Analyze data trends to identify common errors and generate focused project initiatives. Monitoring team project status, key players and goals, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed. Key Job Responsibilities Manage the error correction process and utilize our Error and Incident Tracking System to diagnose thematic risks and develop proactive controls and solutions. Lead and support strategic risk initiatives across Private Wealth areas to improve business functions and reduce risk. Lead monthly risk reviews with Private Wealth Sales and Portfolio Management Group. Identify risk trends within Private Wealth. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to present to cross‑functional leadership leaders. Assist with a new buildout of Investment Risk technology infrastructure for investment risk oversight. Manage projects and lead, help us continue to grow as a firm and work across teams as an advocate for risk management. Lead projects to facilitate the implementation of risk mitigations. Identify and monitoring Key Risk Indicators. Participate in various working groups and forums focused on managing operational risk. Represent Private Wealth Risk as an ambassador within the firm. Collaborate with firm‑wide error coordinators to share best practices. Bring subject matter experts together to conduct root cause analyses. Lead coordination on potential client risk events. Managing the remediation payment process. Track strategic initiatives. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree. 2‑3 years relevant work experience in an investment management operation, business analyst, or risk & control role within Financial Services. Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail. Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Understanding of investment management processes. Understanding of operational risk/risk frameworks. Prior experience in data management, project management, and/or analytics is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Suite is highly preferred. Experience with risk management tools is preferred. Experience with SQL is preferred. Strong project management skills.
