We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support internal marketing coordination and brand-related activities at our Cincinnati, OH location. This role is ideal for an entry-level professional eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital content support, and cross-department collaboration within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating marketing projects and internal initiatives that support company services and brand consistency.
  • Support the creation and organization of marketing materials, presentations, and internal resources.
  • Assist with basic social media content scheduling and monitoring under team guidance.
  • Help prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and promotional communications.
  • Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and content updates.
  • Maintain accurate marketing records, files, and project documentation.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications
