The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric and/or Family Medicine physicians.
• This opportunity is in Primary Care.
• Current CA state license is a plus.
• Part time opportunities available.

The Practice

San Bernardino Health Center – San Bernardino, California

Ontario Health Center – Ontario, California

Adelanto Community Health Center – Adelanto, California

• One of eight Federally Qualified Health Centers that are part of the San Bernardino Public Health Department.
• The clinic offers a variety of services including pediatrics, primary care, dental immunizations, sexual health and teen health.
• Potential for minor procedures.
• GE Centricity EMR
• This location’s hours are M-F 8am-5pm.
• All age groups seen.
