Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain permanent mold casting machines, ensuring precision and quality control.
• Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot, solve problems, and optimize mold casting processes.
• Ensure products consistently meet exact specifications and company standards.
• Work with ERP systems and other cloud-based software to manage production flow and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, efficient, and productive workflow.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical duties such as lifting 30+ pounds, bending, twisting, and standing for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship or documented residency.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software is required.
• No experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
