Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Courier to support our team at Acutis. We are a fast-growing clinical laboratory. We pride ourselves on providing expert, accurate, and concise results as a product of our highly talented and passionate team of professionals.
As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages and documents to their designated locations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy driving and providing exceptional customer service.
Scope of work - Must use Personal Vehicle
- Willing to hours needed to complete routes, local pick up and deliveries.
- Transport supplies and specimens from one location to another
- Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery/pick up details
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Pay Information: - $144 per day plus
- Plus Mileage Expenses
Location: - Hicksville, NY
- Nassau and Suffolk Counties
- On the road
Position Requirements Required Experience: - Familiarity with route driving and navigating different locations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for supporting documentation
- Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
- Must have a clean driving record; record must be provided at agreement for project.
Required Availablility: - Evenings, 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM, flexible as needed
- Drivers must be available for 8-9 hours consecutively to cover routes
- Weekdays, Nights, and Weekends available
- Flexible Scheduling
