Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
3 plus years of relevant experience

Demonstrated ability to manage several complex tasks at once
Excellent analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills
Master's degree in library/information sciences or related technical field
Experience working with Ex Libris or ProQuest products
Background in library workflows and standards
Customer service experience in library or other business/technical settings
What will you be doing in this role?
Coordinate, lead, and deliver implementation projects for Ex Libris products.
Work with Academic and other libraries and their skilled stakeholders, including Librarians, Deans, and other faculty
Gather information from clients/stakeholders to determine their challenges and priorities
Approach stakeholders concerns in a professional, timely manner that strengthens relationships and fosters trust
Seek to understand workflows and how our solutions can best support their day-to-day activities
Ensure project success by leveraging your strong organizational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in software implementation
Provide advice and support
About the Team
An Implementation Consultant works on Data analysis & Migration, System configuration, technical project management, troubleshooting, and customer support implementing Ex Librisproducts.Internally,you will work with the Professional Services Department, Product Support Teams, and Alma Migration Operations. Externally, you work with Librarians and other staff within libraries.
Hours of work
Full time, permanent
Ability to travel up 10%
Although duties are typically performed during normal business hours, occasional off-hours work may be required
