Lure is a Seafood, Sushi, and Raw Bar restaurant located in River North seeking professional, experienced, genuinely hospitable, dynamic, and detail-oriented individuals. 

Must have great personalities, enthusiasm, knowledge, attention to detail, willingness to learn and follow the standards, and evening availability. At least THREE years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant.

Responsibilities And Duties
 Communicate effectively with guests, helping them with their food and beverage  selection.
 Managed drinks and food at the bar for servers' tables and delivered a positive guest  experience.
 Professional and enthusiastic attitude.  Qualifications And Skills
 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume operation.
 A current drink/ beer vernacular with a high degree of recipe and product knowledge.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
 Ability to create memorable guest connections with food and beverage.
 Gain mastery of the restaurant's offerings.
 Ability to communicate effectively with the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
 Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
 Good judgment skills and an adaptive attitude
 Tips: Certification/Bartender Certification is a plus.
