Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role involves greeting guests, managing incoming communications, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
Manage scheduling, appointments, and basic office calendars
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Provide support to other staff as needed
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., email, scheduling software, word processing)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
