Job Position: Forklift/Clamp Operator

Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr to $19.00/hr. Depending on experience.

Shift: 3rd Graveyard 10: 00pm to 6: 30am

Description: Job Title: Material Handler/LTO Department: Thermoforming Reports to: Supervisor Pay: Hourly JOB SUMMARY Works as a member of the team and has the knowledge to assist others team members. Main responsibilities include keeping materials at the line to ensure they continue running, to efficiently load and unload trucks as defined per department guidelines.

Essential

Operate all warehouse equipment required to transfer finished goods, WIP, raw materials and other products to the appropriate areas. All warehouse equipment includes, but is not limited to, forklift, clamp truck.

Load and unload trucks efficiently in accordance with department standards.

Stock all goods in a safe and stable manner

Communication pertinent information to relief at shift change

Follow all safety policies and procedures

Maintain work area in an organized, safe and clean manner

Know locations and how to operate buttons and fire extinguishers.

Complete forklift checklist

Monitor and record all products returned/received.

Check accuracy of finished product count on pallets, product ID, ensure all pallets only have one Port Ticket on them when removing from lines and accurately complete all required paperwork.

Fill forklift propane tank as required.

Accurate Cycle counts as designated by the Team Leader/Manager

Effectively able process inbound receipts.

Effective organization and staging of materials to support the accuracy of inventories.

Safely lift 40-50lbs.

All other job duties as directed by Team Leader
