As an Estimator , you’ll be the driving force behind competitive, accurate, and strategic project estimates. Your insights will influence key decisions, optimize budgets, and ensure projects start on a solid foundation.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Estimate with precision – Develop comprehensive cost estimates based on blueprints, specifications, and client needs.
✔ Collaborate & strategize – Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to craft competitive bids.
✔ Stay ahead of the market – Analyze pricing trends and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
✔ Drive value – Provide innovative cost-saving recommendations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
🔹 Skilled in conceptual estimating, preconstruction planning, and cost analysis.
🔹 Proficient in estimating tools such as ProEst, Sage Estimating, or Bluebeam.
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client interactions.
🔹 A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a drive for strategic problem-solving.
