What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage strategic customer relationships as a trusted advisor for enterprise accounts
- Lead the onboarding process for new accounts and clinicians, ensuring smooth integration with services
- Proactively identify and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop programs that maximize customer value and drive growth
- Communicate value to clients using data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales and/or customer success within the biotechnology industry
- Understanding of the healthcare landscape and genomics role in precision medicine is a plus
- Proven experience in field sales or account management with a history of up-selling and cross-selling
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, managing priorities independently
