Job Details

• Design, program, and sustain PLC-based systems and migrate them to embedded controls.
• Develop and interpret schematics, BOMs, wiring, PCB designs, and assembly drawings.
• Specify and validate motors, sensors, VFDs, and other control components.
• Support production testing, compliance reports (e.g., ETL, CE), installation guides, and field service.
• Troubleshoot electrical/control issues and deliver training for internal teams and customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or equivalent discipline.
• 5+ years in electrical design, industrial controls, or automation.
• Hands-on experience programming PLCs using ladder logic.
• Proven ability in electrical systems design and development.
• Experience with VFDs, motor control, power distribution, and exposure to embedded systems design or troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with MS Office and strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Desired Experience:

• Troubleshooting control systems.
• Working in distribution centers or industrial environments.
• Experience with ECM motors and VFDs.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD tools.
• Exposure to Altium Designer and C programming.
• Experience with testing documents and reviewing industry standards.
