Job Description

Job Type : Full-time 

Pay : From: $17-$18 per hour + weekly production bonus 

Expected hours:  No less than 40 per week 

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 6am-2:30pm OT available based on production needs

Work Location:  Clarence, NY

Responsibilities

• Repair or build wooden pallets 
• Use of hand tools & nail gun 
• Pallet quality control (QC) 
• Meet daily work requirements for assigned tasks. 
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the shift to ensure job safety. 
• Prioritize personal and equipment safety at all times. 
• Conduct pre-startup equipment checks and promptly report any issues to the Maintenance Department or General Manager.

Requirements

• Prior experience in pallet repair or building is highly preferred. 
• Experience in a manufacturing facility or a similar setting is advantageous. 
• Mechanical knowledge is beneficial, particularly the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Proficiency in safely and effectively using hand tools and power tools is essential. 
• A keen attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work are important. 
• Openness to learning new skills and adapting to evolving production demands is necessary.
• Reliable transportation is essential
