About the Role:
QIC Pharmacy is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to transport prescription medications and supplies to healthcare facilities and patients across long-distance routes. This position requires extended travel – drivers may be on the road for several days at a time. When not delivering medications, you will be required to help in the pharmacy.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver pharmaceutical products across designated regions
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Ensure timely deliveries while complying with all regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our pharmacy with professionalism
- Handle products with care and maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel long distances and stay overnight for multiple days
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Previous delivery or professional driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and pass a background/drug screening
- Willingness to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification, if needed
