We are offering a Co-Founder equity stake in exchange for seed-stage investment and strategic partnership , not a salaried position. You will join as a key decision-maker to shape the mission, vision, and future valuation of MediVerse.

This role is ideal for:

• Angel investors, VCs, technologists, or domain experts looking to be actively involved in a purpose-driven, scalable venture.
• Individuals or institutional funders seeking co-founding leadership roles in impact-first healthtech .

We are building and/or finalizing MoUs and pilot studies in collaboration with:

• AIIMS (India) for clinical validation of diagnostics and wearable health tech
• ICMR for public health data analytics and early disease surveillance
• NIH (USA) for co-funded global health research programs
• Royal Society of Medicine (UK) for academic dissemination and joint innovation initiatives
• Additional partnerships in process with 56 top-tier universities and medical innovation labs around the globe.

• Co-Founder designation with founder's equity and governance influence
• Entry into an IP-rich, AI-powered pipeline of health products
• Access to a clinical research network across US, UK, and Asia
• Structured roadmap toward Series A and non-dilutive international grants
• Support in co-leading grant applications (e.g., NIH, Horizon Europe, BIRAC, Wellcome Trust)

• Visionary with investment capacity and startup acumen
• Preferably with experience or network in healthtech, AI, clinical trials, or bioinformatics
• Ability to co-pitch to investors and funding bodies
• Open to hybrid participation with availability for strategic steering and funding dialogues.
