Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, mature and personable individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador /Front Desk . This position is ideal for a "people person" who excels at connecting with others and has a passion for helping individuals achieve their health goals. You will play a critical role in conducting patient assessments, work hand-in-hand with the Clinic Coordinator and supervising Provider to create and manage an outstanding patient experience while also promoting sales and implementing sales & marketing initiatives for the clinic.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Conduct patient assessments to evaluate needs and introduce the Medi-Weightloss program.
    • Explain customized weight loss plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle.
    • Provide exceptional service by creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
    • Follow up with patient leads to convert consultations into program enrollments.
    • Document patient progress in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and lead management system.
    • Document patient insurance verification.
  • Marketing:
    • Promote clinic services and products to new and existing patients through strategic marketing efforts.
    • Develop and implement local marketing campaigns to increase patient leads. 
    • Engage in community outreach to establish relationships and drive brand awareness.
    • Encourage /promote patient engagement through social media campaigns and in-clinic activities
  • Front Desk/Support Tasks:
    • Collaborate with the clinic coordinator to back up the front desk

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and efficiently
  • 1-5 years sales and/or marketing experience required.
  • Social media, content creation experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Background in health, nutrition, or weight loss is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.

Clinic Schedule :

  • Tuesday: 7AM – 1 PM
  • Wednesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
  • Friday: 7 AM – 1 PM
  • Saturday: 7 AM – 1 PM

Compensation:

  • Based on experience.

Work Location:

  • Woodstock, GA. Must be willing to travel to other locations in Georgia as needed.
