RIDGEVIEW , a not-for-profit community mental health center, is excited about several bachelor's degree level openings. All positions are weekdays with regular business hours, no overnights or weekends.

Which one is right for you?

• Part-Time Recovery & ReEntry Specialist: The Research Associate is a flexible 20 hour/week position that is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of followup and administrative interviewing duties for the ReEntry program. This program provides a unique social services continuum to clients following incarceration as they re-enter community living. Oak Ridge, TN. base location.
• Supported Employment Specialist: The Employment Specialist develops supported employment and/or education opportunities with persons with substance use disorders, mental illness, and/or co-occurring disorders. Base location in LaFollette, TN, or Oak Ridge, TN.
• Mobile Health Clinic (MHC)/ Care Coordinator : Our Mobile Health Clinic, an innovative team-based program that provides integrated primary care and behavioral health services to rural locations, is seeking a Care Coordinator to serve as a key component of providing those services by linking clients with community resources and following up to ensure they access the resources. Oak Ridge, TN base location.
• PsychoSocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Assistant Program Coordinator : PSR provides weekday assistance to consumers with daily recreational and therapeutic activities as well as occasional transportation to the program for members not served by public transportation and/or for program activities. The Assistant Program Coordinator is responsible for providing team leadership as well as direct support to the Senior Coordinator. The Assistant Program Coordinator models direct involvement with members in individual and group projects or activities based on individual treatment goals; models timely documentation; models knowledge and carry-through of overall program goals as directed. The Assistant Coordinator functions as the Site Safety Officer, oversees transportation, and has budgetary responsibility for the retail unit. Located in Oak Ridge, TN.
• TN HealthLinks Care Coordinator: The Care Coordinator works directly with adult or youth clients to coordinate care for both physical and mental/behavioral needs. The Coordinator is knowledgeable on community resources and serves as a liaison with other programs, both referring and receiving referrals from those resources. Based in Oak Ridge, TN.

REQUIREMENTS

• Generally a Bachelor's degree in the social sciences or a mental health field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work, vocational rehabilitation) or Bachelor's degree transcript including 15+ credit hours of related courses
• Prefer experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, but new grads are encouraged to apply
• Must maintain a valid TN driver's license and a safe driving record
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
