What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism
• Handle full-cycle registration and insurance verification
• Manage billing inquiries and collect co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems
• Support clinical staff with clerical tasks
• Travel locally to nearby hospital sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems, medical terminology, and insurance processes
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
