This position is located in San Diego, CA ******* ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED ******** Responsibilities: Support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of digital collaboration tools used across the organization; Improve the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams to streamline collaboration and document management; Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that improve business processes, streamline data flows, and automate repetitive tasks; Customize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint features to meet the specific needs of the organization while maintaining adherence to security and governance policies; Provide training and documentation for end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of the solutions; Provide post-implementation support to address issues, provide enhancements, and ensure solutions remain optimized and secure; Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback as well as ensure PMO is aligned with any changes or updates needed; Work closely with PMO staff to document and organize the content; Function as a SharePoint and Teams web content manager; Label, organize, and code files/content for filtering and tracking purposes; Create site calendars, contact list, links, and other related components as needed; Required Qualifications and Experience: Active Secret clearance Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering 3 year of professional experience with Microsoft Teams/365, Power apps, Power BI, SharePoint Windows OS, SQL, MS Office, etc. Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint Developer in the analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications.
