Job Title: Office Warehouse Clerk
Location: Edison, NJ
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Schedule:
1st Shift 6AM-2PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Warehouse Clerk to support both administrative and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support.
• Track and manage inventory records and shipment documentation.
• Use Outlook to manage communication with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Create and update spreadsheets in Excel for inventory, orders, and reporting.
• Prepare and print labels, invoices, and shipping documents using Word and other systems.
• Communicate clearly with both English and Spanish-speaking team members and vendors.
• Support warehouse staff with documentation needs and coordination of incoming/outgoing goods.
• Maintain organized office and warehouse records, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in an administrative or warehouse support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel .
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a warehouse office environment.
• Experience with shipping/receiving software or SMS/WMS systems is a plus.
