Warehouse Associate Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite** Schedule: Full time / Need to be able to work on the weekend - Must be flexible Contract Duration: 6 months Start Date: ASAP Job Description: Strong execution of data and processes is required. The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Day to Day: -Stand up in the morning with assignment for the day delegation
-Either kitting in factory (2 people upstairs) - ensuring that factory lines are stocked to each sets of parts
-ERPL on the computer - ensuring inventory is set and stocking areas upstairs
-When UPS comes, help unload from truck, receive in system (Scan into system), put items away, go back into system and
-Ensure space is clean
-Picking parts (work transfer requests via transport system)
-Pack and ship to another site
-Rotate around unless they really like the area, then they can stay in set place
Responsibilities: Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected. Manage inbound shipments: po tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.
Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
Qualifications : The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.
The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
