Position Overview:

Deep Steep is seeking a reliable and motivated employee to support various warehouse and office operations. This in-person position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within the manufacturing industry — ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to logistics, fulfillment, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials, reorganize stock, and optimize warehouse space.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
• Re-palletize and prepare products for shipment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Pack and Ship orders for Retail and Wholesale customers with precision and care.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage front and back door responsibilities for deliveries and shipments.
• Provide general facility and operational support as needed
• Collaborate across departments to maintain smooth operations and meet team goals.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing and moving for extended periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one—training provided).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and customer interactions.
