Warehouse & Logistics Assistant (Entry-Level)

Frankston Packaging is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant (Entry-Level) to join our growing team in Tyler, Texas . This is a full-time, on-site position that blends warehouse support with logistics and procurement coordination.
If you have experience with inventory, receiving, purchase orders, or BOLs—and you're looking to build a career in supply chain or logistics—this is a great opportunity to grow with a well-established company. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify accuracy using Bill of Lading (BOL)
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software
• Assist with tracking purchase orders and following up with vendors
• Organize warehouse space and ensure proper labeling of materials
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory audits
• Help prepare outbound shipments and maintain shipping documentation
• Provide clerical support to the logistics and procurement teams
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics roles
• Familiarity with purchase orders, receiving procedures, and BOL documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer programs (Microsoft Excel, email, inventory software)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
