Role Overview In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in video editing, storytelling, and post-production workflows. No prior AI experience is required. These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to enhance post-production efficiency, creative editing, and storytelling impact in media production. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like Design and solve real-world video editing and storytelling scenarios to test AI reasoning. Write clear, structured explanations covering editing workflows, visual continuity, and creative decision-making. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, technical quality, and alignment with professional editing standards. Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of editing logic, narrative flow, and visual storytelling principles. Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Film Editor, Video Editor, or Post‑Production Specialist. Strong understanding of editing software and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve). Excellent English communication and writing skills.
