Trinity Staffing Group is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care for a travel job in Northern Idaho, Idaho.

Travel LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) Contract

We are seeking a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care (LTC) facility. This contract is ideal for LPNs who are confident working in skilled nursing or long-term care environments and are committed to providing consistent, compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team promptly
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate effectively with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain a professional, reliable, and punctual presence throughout the assignment

Requirements

• Active LPN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience preferred
  • Open to candidates with less experience if prior travel experience is present
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments, teams, and workflows
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
