\n\nJob Description\n

Join our dynamic Emergency Department team known for its welcoming personalities and teamwork. As a crucial member of the team, you’ll provide exceptional care in a high-volume environment, managing diverse patient needs in a facility recognized for its quality and safety.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department
\n
• Utilize advanced skills and assessments to manage acute patient conditions
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
\n
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding treatment plans
\n
• Participate in departmental initiatives to improve patient experience and safety
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience
\n
• At least 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting
\n
• Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center preferred
\n
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, and ENPC (the latter within 90 days of hire)
\n
