\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in a Level II trauma center emergency department with over 100,000 annual visits
\n• 101-bed emergency department with patient ratios typically 4:1 for medical patients, up to 7:1 for behavioral holds
\n• Every other weekend schedule requirement with flexible scheduling to meet department needs
\n• Float to all sections within the emergency department but no floating outside of ED
\n• Must have minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in emergency room setting
\n• Level 2 trauma center and comprehensive stroke center experience preferred
\n• Previous HCA experience preferred
\n• Required certifications before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS
\n• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
\n• Work with Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and Cerner documentation system
\n• Navy scrubs uniform required
\n• Follow AIDET protocols and maintain respectful patient experience standards
\n• Update patient boards and communicate with patients throughout visit
\n• Must demonstrate teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback
\n• Flexibility to work in all areas of the emergency department required
