The Director of Total Rewards is responsible for designing and evolving Pace’s compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy to attract, retain, and engage top talent. This role focuses on strategic planning, market competitiveness, and harmonization of programs across acquired entities.

Compensation: 130-150k base plus bonus

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain the company’s total rewards philosophy and strategy.

· Lead compensation and benefits design, including executive compensation, incentive plans, and wellness programs.

· Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness.

· Partner with HR Operations to implement programs and ensure alignment with strategic intent.

· Evaluate and harmonize rewards programs during acquisitions and integrations.

· Manage vendor relationships and lead RFPs for benefits providers.

· Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership and support strategic reporting as needed.

· Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with workforce planning.

Qualifications

· 8+ years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.

· Experience in high-growth or M&A environments strongly preferred.

· Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in compensation modeling, benchmarking tools, and HRIS systems.
