Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional Compensation Commission Company Overview RST CleanTech Solutions is a global leader in automated solar panel cleaning systems, cleaning over 1.5 million panels every day. Our patented technology significantly increases energy production and preserves warranties. The California market has thousands of MWs of dirty panels that only get cleaned manually, leading to many unhappy owners with underproducing panels. RST offers the cheapest, most effective way to improve production, resulting in large growth in the market. Our main focus is on commercial, agricultural, and small utility systems. Role Description This is a full-time role as a Technical Sales Manager. The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for technical sales, account management, and pre-construction support. The sales role involves working with large portfolio owners (often financial groups), EPCs that include RST in their offerings, and individual owners such as farmers or facility owners. The Technical Sales Manager will assess sales opportunities, prepare estimates, and present proposals. As jobs are sold, the Technical Sales Manager collaborates with the operations team to support design and project set-up. The position is 75% in the office in Tarzana, California, and 25% in the field talking with customers. The position reports to the CEO. Qualifications Technical Sales and Account Management skills Technical Support and Customer Service skills Experience in the solar PV industry is required - basic understanding of how solar works and understanding of basic financial models is beneficial.
