About You As a Supervisor, Airport Facilities, you lead with confidence and clarity, balancing operational precision with a commitment to safety and service. Your ability to organize complex activities, communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders, and adapt to changing conditions ensures seamless coordination and high standards. What You Will Do Manage maintenance and operational activities with a focus on safety, reliability, and rapid response to changing conditions. Promote cross‑department collaboration, oversee vendor partnerships, and implement improvements through training and innovation. Coordinate team operations to achieve departmental goals through efficient planning and resource management. Participate in planning major maintenance repair projects related to the airfield and runway. What You Offer Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or equivalent professional experience. 5–7 years of maintenance experience with a proven track record in supervising personnel and managing projects of varying scope. Strong knowledge of FAA airport maintenance standards; ability to meet all security, substance testing, and licensing requirements.
