Legacy Healing Center is searching for the most qualified, empathic, compassionate, energetic, and passionate addiction professionals in the industry to provide comprehensive care for our clients.
*This is a full-time position with two work schedules available:*
* Monday - Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm | starting at $65k and up depending on experience and licensure
* Tuesday - Saturday | 8:30am-4:30pm | starting at $70k and up depending on experience and licensure
*We also have per diem positions available:*
* Daytime: 9am-12pm, 12:30pm-3:30pm (must be available to work at least ONE Saturday a month). Starts at $65/hr.
* Evening: 5:30pm-8;30pm (must be available to work at least ONE Saturday a month). Starts at $65/hr.
*Job Overview:*
The Group Facilitator will conduct group psychotherapy sessions for our clients. They will help guide and direct clients during group sessions. The Group Facilitator will prepare group and individual notes that support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals.
*Location: Cincinnati, OH*
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field AND licensed *(LSW, LCSW and/or LPC REQUIRED)*
* Master's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work
* 3 - 5 years substance abuse or related work experience
* Experience in group therapy
* Knowledge of State and Federal statues regarding patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA)
*Responsibilities*
* Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on substance abuse recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
* Conduct individual assessments to tailor treatment plans for clients, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and proper medical documentation.
* Provide support and counseling to patients and their families, addressing mental health concerns and promoting overall well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and track progress in recovery.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
