Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and suggesting appropriate products and services. Establishing strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with policies and procedures. Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Ensuring the sales floor is adequately stocked and presents a welcoming atmosphere. Performing tinting and mixing of products as per customer specifications. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining inventory control. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed. This job may involve contact with customers of all ages and includes access to cash and other payment methods.
