The Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technical architecture, overseeing end-to-end solution architecture for institutional technology initiatives, with a focus on digital modernization. This hands-on role involves collaborating with vendors, business sponsors, and product teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and own end-to-end solution architecture, creating detailed design artifacts and driving implementation for agile teams.
• Provide technical leadership, articulating designs to product owners, agile teams, and architecture leadership.
• Engage with multiple agile squads to deliver architecture artifacts, resolve issues, develop wellness plans, and contribute to product roadmaps.
• Analyze business objectives, align with long-term vision, and assess risks/benefits to develop strategic technical solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and squads on technology evaluation, selection, recommendation, and configuration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with product owners, architects, and technical leads, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, enhance customer experience, and rationalize capabilities.
• Leverage emerging technologies to improve existing processes and solve complex business challenges.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of deliverables with defined requirements through strong analytical skills.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in architecture, analytics, design, and development of enterprise solutions across multiple technology platforms, frameworks, and languages.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and deliver solutions in agile environments.
• Extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and emerging technologies.
• Expert understanding of agile development processes and DevOps practices.
• Strong software development experience, including client-side technologies (Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and server-side technologies (Java, Java EE/Jakarta EE, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, web application technologies).
• Expertise in cloud technologies, with experience building and deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or both. Cloud certification preferred.
• Proven experience developing systems using microservices patterns.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Passion for technology, with flexibility to adapt to new languages and frameworks.
• Strong critical thinking skills to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

This Solutions Architect will play a pivotal role in providing systems analysis support for the fast-paced Managed & Advisory Solutions team. Your work will involve coordinating development, leading solution design, and adopting emerging technologies to address complex business challenges. Your analytical expertise will ensure deliverables meet high standards, making a significant impact on the organization.
