What Youll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, youll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they need help with their solar systems. Youll answer questions, explain our services, and help customers understand the value of taking care of their solar investment. Whether its helping schedule service, providing quotes, or explaining our process, youll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers, helping guide them to the right service solution.
- Sales Assistance: Learn and explain our solar service offerings clearly and confidently to customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop trust with customers through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team and other departments to ensure smooth customer handoffs and top-notch service delivery.
- Follow-up: Assist in tracking open service requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion.
What Were Looking For
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication and people skillsfriendly, helpful, and patient.
- Comfort with using a computer and learning new systems (CRM experience is a bonus!).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who enjoys helping people and solving problems.
Nice to Have (but Not Required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Interest in renewable energy or sustainability.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
