Amazon is seeking a talented and motivated Electromechanical Engineer to test the performance of our robotic End Effectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test design, setup, execution and data analysis. This candidate must have the ability to work well both independently and in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Key job responsibilities
- Author functional requirements, design verification plans and test procedures
- Execute test system designs which meet the requirements
- Build and test electromechanical subsystem prototypes and integrated systems
- Work efficiently to support rapid schedules

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, executing and analyzing tests
- Experience characterizing force, torque, speed, current, temperature, EMI, etc
- Experience evaluating durability, signal integrity, reliability
- Experience designing and building test fixtures and data collection solutions
